Long Grain White Rice cooks up fluffy and won't stick together, making it a popular selection among the rice varieties. This rice is especially useful in stuffing, pilafs, salads, casseroles and stir-fry dishes.
Place 1 cup long grain white rice in a 2 qt. saucepan. Add 2 cups cold water, heat to boiling. Cover tightly, reduce heat and
simmer till water is absorbed, 20 minutes.
Makes 6 cups.
