RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of being a food store, we cannot accept returns however we understand things can go awry from time-to-time so please Contact Us with your order number and details about the issues you have had with your order and we will work to resolve in a timely manner.

SHIPPING

Note: For local orders within certain ZIP codes in Hillsborough County and Manatee County we ship directly and can schedule delivery times with you. Otherwise please read shipping details below.

We ship with UPS and USPS. with deliveries Monday through Friday.  Certain deliveries may require a signature and this determination is at the sole discretion of the carrier's driver. Due to the size of our bulk items, large orders may arrive in multiple boxes. 

Due to heat (especially during summer months), some orders will be held back from shipping to avoid being kept in the depot over the weekend/holidays. We are based in Florida, so if you are located in the East Coast and shipping can be completed within 2-3 days, your items should be received without issue. If you are located further afield, shipping can take over 3 days so we do not recommend purchasing meltable items, such as chocolate candy, as we cannot guaranteed the items being received without any issues.

We ship everywhere in the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Since we deliver in bulk our boxes are too big to qualify.

We strive to ship out orders within one to three business days. We send one email when your order is received and another email when your order ships. The shipping email includes your tracking number and an estimated arrival date.

Please be aware our process of picking and packing your items is the same as how you would purchase items in our brick-and-mortar store, packaging is not done any differently.
